Strawberry Cool Whip Topping (Print Format)

Fluffy strawberry topping with a smooth, sweet flavor for cupcakes, cakes, or fruit. Quick to make and easy to use.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 oz package of strawberry gelatin
02 - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 tubs Cool Whip, 8 ounces each, thawed in the refrigerator

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry gelatin powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk using a handheld or standing mixer. Beat on medium-high speed for about 1.5 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken slightly.
02 - Place the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to cool and set slightly. It should develop a thick glaze-like consistency.
03 - Remove the gelatin mixture from the fridge and beat in one tub of Cool Whip until mostly incorporated. Repeat this process with the second tub of Cool Whip until fully combined.
04 - As you beat the Cool Whip into the mixture, it should become stiffer and form peaks on the whisk attachment.
05 - The mixture can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator until ready to use. Cover it to prevent drying out, and for best results, chill for at least 1 hour if using for piping.

# Tips:

01 - To achieve the best texture and consistency, use the brand-name Cool Whip and ensure it is fully thawed before preparation.
02 - The longer the frosting chills in the fridge, the better it will set, making it easier to work with for piping or spreading on desserts.
