Sweet, creamy cheesecake bites swirled with strawberry and coated in crunchy cereal, chilled and ready to serve.

# Ingredients:

→ Strawberry Crunch Coating

01 - 1 cup crushed strawberry-flavored cereal (e.g., Strawberry Crunch)
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

→ Cheesecake Filling

04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/4 cup strawberry puree or strawberry jam

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - Fresh strawberries, chopped
11 - Extra strawberry-flavored cereal (e.g., Strawberry Crunch)

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix the crushed strawberry-flavored cereal, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the sour cream and strawberry puree or jam until well combined.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop small balls of cheesecake filling onto the prepared baking sheet. Roll each cheesecake ball in the strawberry-flavored coating, pressing gently to adhere.
04 - Refrigerate the cheesecake bites for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
05 - Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of extra strawberry-flavored cereal if desired.
