Strawberry Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 2 tablespoons plain flour
02 - 1 package strawberry cake mix
03 - 1 tablespoon milk
04 - ¼ cup oil (vegetable type)
05 - 2 large-sized eggs

→ Extras for Rolling & Decoration

06 - Sugar for rolling the dough
07 - 22 unwrapped Hershey's Kisses

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lay parchment sheets on two baking trays.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, combine eggs and oil until blended nicely.
03 - Stir flour and cake mix into the wet ingredients. Then pour in the milk and mix until it turns into dough.
04 - Form dough into two-tablespoon balls, roll them in sugar, and put them in the fridge for a minimum of an hour.
05 - Bake one tray at a time for 8-10 minutes, leaving extra balls in the fridge while waiting.
06 - When the cookies come out, push a Kiss into each warm cookie right away. Allow them to set and cool completely before moving them.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling helps stop the cookies from spreading out too much during baking.
02 - Get all the Hershey's Kisses unwrapped ahead of time so you can quickly press them in while the cookies are hot.
