Stuffed Cheesy Beef Bread (Print Format)

Golden bread filled with savory beef, bacon, cheddar, and Velveeta, finished with a crisp seasoned crust.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
03 - 1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning
04 - 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
05 - 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
06 - 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough and Topping

07 - 1 (13.8 oz) can pizza dough
08 - Everything bagel seasoning, for topping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheese begins to melt.
04 - Roll out the pizza dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread the meat and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tightly, jelly-roll style. Pinch the edges to seal the loaf.
06 - Place the loaf seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the top with everything bagel seasoning.
07 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Let the bread cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

# Tips:

01 - Feel free to customize the filling by adding ingredients like pepperoni, cooked sausage, diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms), or jalapeños for heat.
02 - For a crispy crust, brush the rolled dough lightly with olive oil or melted butter before baking.
03 - If the bread browns too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil during the last few minutes of baking.
