01 -
Crank your oven up to 375°F (190°C). Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light layer of oil to stop sticking.
02 -
Warm some olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, breaking it apart as you cook. Once browned and cooked through (roughly 5-7 minutes), drain any extra grease.
03 -
Add onions, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook everything for about 4-5 minutes until it’s softened. Stir in paprika, Italian seasoning, ketchup, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper. Give it another 2-3 minutes before removing from heat. Let it rest a bit to cool.
04 -
On a flat floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×15 inches in size.
05 -
Spread the cooled beef and veggie mix evenly onto the dough, leaving about an inch gap on all edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the filling.
06 -
From one of the long sides, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log. Seal the ends and press down all seams to lock in the filling. Place the log seam-side down on your baking sheet.
07 -
Mix the melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Use a pastry brush to coat the top and sides of the dough roll evenly with the mixture.
08 -
Pop it into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is nicely golden and fully cooked.
09 -
Let the baked roll rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting. This gives it time to settle for cleaner slices. Slice into 1-inch pieces, sprinkle with parsley, and serve while warm.
