Set oven to 250°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment or a silicone mat.

Whip the egg whites with the salt until they start getting bubbly.

Carefully mix in the sugar and Jello, beating until stiff peaks form. Stir in vinegar and chocolate chips if using.

Pipe or scoop the mixture onto the prepared sheet. Toss some sprinkles on top if you'd like.

Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. Once done, leave it in there for another 20-30 minutes after turning off the heat.

Take them out and let everything cool all the way through.
