Sweet Jello Meringues (Print Format)

Vibrant, airy meringues made with Jello for a burst of color and flavor. An easy dessert for special occasions.

# Ingredients:

01 - A pinch of salt (⅛ teaspoons).
02 - ¾ cup sugar for sweetness.
03 - 3 egg whites, large in size.
04 - 3 ½ tablespoons of your favorite Jello flavor.
05 - 1 tablespoon vinegar, white.
06 - Sprinkles or tiny chocolate chips, if you'd like.

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 250°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment or a silicone mat.
02 - Whip the egg whites with the salt until they start getting bubbly.
03 - Carefully mix in the sugar and Jello, beating until stiff peaks form. Stir in vinegar and chocolate chips if using.
04 - Pipe or scoop the mixture onto the prepared sheet. Toss some sprinkles on top if you'd like.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. Once done, leave it in there for another 20-30 minutes after turning off the heat.
06 - Take them out and let everything cool all the way through.
