Sweet Pecan Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup honey.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking tray. Chop up pecans into small bits and spread them out.
02 - Bake pecans for about 5–7 minutes until they start turning light brown. Allow them to cool off before continuing.
03 - In a bowl, combine the butter, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and honey until you get a creamy mix.
04 - Gently mix the cooled baked pecans into the butter mixture.
05 - Let it sit at room temp before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Watch closely while toasting so the nuts don't burn.
02 - Make sure nuts have cooled down before mixing.
03 - Can last in fridge for up to 14 days.
04 - Freezes well for 3 months.
05 - Serve softened if chilled.
