02 - 1 pound of ground turkey
03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 2 zucchinis, medium, diced
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

→ Flavor Boosters

07 - A teaspoon of Italian herbs mix
08 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
09 - Salt and pepper, adjust to taste

→ Add-ons

10 - 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
11 - Optional: Fresh parsley to sprinkle on top

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a big baking dish to stop sticking.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a large skillet on medium. Toss in the garlic and onion, letting them cook till onion looks clear, about 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Place the ground turkey into the pan. Stir it while it browns, breaking chunks apart as needed. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, then drain extra fat, if any.
04 - Throw in the diced zucchinis, sweet potatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, along with a little salt and pepper. Let it all simmer for another 5-7 minutes till veggies soften slightly.
05 - Spoon the turkey-veggie combo into the oiled baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle cheese across the top.
06 - Bake everything for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese turns gooey and golden, and the potatoes are tender to the bite.
07 - Take it out of the oven and let it cool down briefly. For extra freshness, sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
