Taco Spaghetti One Pan (Print Format)

Ground beef, tomatoes, noodles, and cheese combine for a bold, quick Tex-Mex pasta in just one pan.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - ¼ cup yellow onions, chopped
04 - ¼ cup taco seasoning or 1 packet
05 - 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
06 - 8 oz spaghetti noodles, uncooked
07 - 3 cups water
08 - 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
09 - ½ cup chopped cilantro

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Brown ground beef and onions until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are soft and translucent.
02 - Add taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes (including juice), uncooked spaghetti noodles, and water to the skillet.
03 - Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until the pasta has cooked through.
04 - Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese into the pan and stir until evenly distributed.
05 - Top the dish with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.

# Tips:

01 - For creamier pasta, stir in ¼ cup of sour cream after sprinkling the initial layer of cheese.
