01 -
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm up. Coat a 9×13-inch pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper so you can lift the bars out easily.
02 -
Combine the cake mix, egg, and melted butter in a big bowl. Keep mixing until the mixture turns crumbly.
03 -
Take about two-thirds of the crumb mixture and press it evenly into your prepared pan. Make sure it covers the bottom completely.
04 -
Gently pour the sweetened condensed milk across the crust. Smooth it out so it covers all the edges.
05 -
Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and toffee bits over the layer of condensed milk.
06 -
Sprinkle the leftover crumb mixture on top for a nice topping.
07 -
Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the top is golden, the edges are crisp, and the center looks slightly soft.
08 -
Take the pan out and let everything cool completely before slicing into bars. Enjoy them however you like!
