01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 8 flour taco shells
03 - 8 slices American cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
05 - 1/4 cup onion, diced
06 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded

→ Sauce

07 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 4 tsp mustard
09 - 1 tbsp white vinegar
10 - 2 tsp Swerve sweetener
11 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

# Steps:

01 - Heat your griddle or skillet over medium-high heat to prepare it for searing the beef.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, smoked paprika, white vinegar, and Swerve. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
03 - Chop and slice the onions, pickles, and lettuce. Set them aside for taco assembly.
04 - Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Place each portion on the hot griddle and smash it flat with a heavy spatula or burger press. Season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are crispy, then flip. Add shredded cheese on top and cook 1 more minute until the cheese melts.
05 - Briefly heat each tortilla on the griddle for about 30 seconds per side until pliable and slightly toasted.
06 - Place a cheesy smash burger on each tortilla. Top with onions, pickles, and the prepared sauce. Serve immediately.
