Two-Ingredient Lemon Bars (Print Format)

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) angel food cake mix
02 - 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

→ Optional Toppings

03 - Powdered sugar (for dusting)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large bowl, combine the angel food cake mix (just the dry mix) and the lemon pie filling. Mix until well combined. The batter will be fluffy and light.
03 - Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
04 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
05 - Cool completely, then optionally dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
