In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add salt, pepper, paprika, steak seasoning, onion, and diced bell peppers.

Cook until the ground beef is done and peppers and onions are softened. Drain any grease from the skillet.

Add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, beef broth, and uncooked rice. Stir the mixture well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.

Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Spread the remaining cheese on top.

Allow the cheese to melt, either by letting it sit or by placing the skillet under a broiler in the oven.
