Bring the Wagyu steaks to room temperature and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat a cast iron skillet until smoking. Sear the steaks for 2 minutes on each side.

Add butter, thyme, and crushed garlic to the skillet. Baste the steaks for 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Remove the steaks from the skillet, tent with foil, and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Using the same skillet, cook the prawns for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink.

In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion. Add garlic, double cream, chili flakes, and grated parmesan. Stir well to combine.

Cook the spaghetti as per package instructions. Toss the spaghetti with the prepared sauce and prawns.

Top the creamy spaghetti with sliced steak and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
