11 - Olive oil, for cooking

→ For Serving

12 - 4 burger buns
13 - Lettuce leaves (optional)
14 - Tomato slices (optional)
15 - Additional white cheddar cheese (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, gently mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 1.5 cm thick. Press a small indentation into the center of each patty to promote even cooking.
03 - Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil. Arrange patties in the pan without crowding. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
04 - Transfer cooked patties to a plate and allow them to rest for several minutes before assembling.
05 - Place each patty on a burger bun. Add desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, or extra cheese. Serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - For juicier burgers, avoid overmixing the chicken mixture. Resting patties briefly after cooking enhances moisture and flavor.
