Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas (Print Format)

Crispy biscuit pizzas topped with cheese, pepperoni, and sausage—perfect for quick family dinners and snacks.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits, 10 count can
02 - ⅔ cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - ½ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
05 - 2 ounces mini pepperoni slices (approximately 30)
06 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F.
02 - Remove the biscuits from the can and place them on a cutting board. Roll each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter.
03 - Place the biscuits into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Cook in batches if needed.
04 - Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each biscuit, then sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella on each.
05 - Top each pizza with mini pepperoni slices, Italian sausage crumbles, or other preferred toppings. Sprinkle with dried oregano if desired.
06 - Air fry at 370 degrees F for 4-5 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
07 - Use a spatula or tongs to carefully remove the pizzas from the air fryer. Repeat until all biscuits have been cooked.
08 - Serve warm as is or with a green salad or sides. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

# Tips:

01 - For a crispier crust, divide biscuits in half horizontally for thinner crusts and flatten further if desired. This will yield twice as many pizzas.
02 - Reheat pizzas in the microwave for 30 seconds or in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 350 degrees F.
03 - For an extra crispy crust, roll halved biscuits flatter, poke holes with a fork, and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side before adding toppings.
