Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F.

Remove the biscuits from the can and place them on a cutting board. Roll each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter.

Place the biscuits into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Cook in batches if needed.

Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each biscuit, then sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella on each.

Top each pizza with mini pepperoni slices, Italian sausage crumbles, or other preferred toppings. Sprinkle with dried oregano if desired.

Air fry at 370 degrees F for 4-5 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

Use a spatula or tongs to carefully remove the pizzas from the air fryer. Repeat until all biscuits have been cooked.

Serve warm as is or with a green salad or sides. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
