Bacon Cheeseburger Spiral Rolls (Print Format)

Bacon, beef, cheddar, and tomato wrapped in golden dough, these spirals are a fun twist on classic flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tbsp sugar
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 1 packet instant yeast (about 2 ¼ tsp)
05 - ¾ cup warm water
06 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Filling

07 - 1 lb lean ground beef
08 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
09 - 1 cup diced onion
10 - ½ cup diced tomato, patted dry
11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain and set aside.
03 - Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the cooked beef, bacon, onion, tomato, and cheese evenly over the dough. Roll up tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
04 - Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
05 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with your favorite burger condiments.
