Cheese Crusted Hawaiian Grilled (Print Format)

01 - 2 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2-3 slices extra thin ham
03 - 1 slice canned pineapple or pineapple chunks
04 - Shredded mozzarella cheese or other cheese
05 - Dried oregano
06 - 2 tbsp salted butter

# Steps:

01 - Place ham and pineapple on one slice of sourdough bread. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of dried oregano. Add the second slice of bread and sprinkle the top with additional shredded cheese.
02 - Heat salted butter in a nonstick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat until melted.
03 - Place the sandwich in the skillet with the cheese-topped side facing up. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the bottom bread turns golden brown.
04 - Flip the sandwich carefully so the cheese-topped side is down. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the outer cheese layer is crispy and golden, and the interior cheese is melted.
05 - Transfer the sandwich to a plate and serve immediately.
