01 - 4 low-carb tortillas
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 16 pepperoni slices
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
05 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - Olive oil spray

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay tortillas flat on a surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Arrange 4 pepperoni slices on top, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
