Peameal Bacon Breakfast Sliders (Print Format)

Savory peameal bacon sliders with eggs, cheddar, and soft rolls—perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings.

# Ingredients:

→ Egg Mixture

01 - 12 eggs
02 - ⅓ cup milk
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ Main Components

05 - 12 slices Canadian bacon (Peameal Bacon, or regular bacon, or ham or sausage patties)
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
07 - 12 slider buns (Sweet Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls)
08 - 6 slices cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish or sheet pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour into the prepared pan and bake until puffed and set, about 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray or oil. Cook the peameal bacon until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. If using regular bacon, ham, or sausage patties, cook according to package directions.
04 - Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a work surface. Add a layer of cooked peameal bacon, followed by the baked egg and slices of cheddar cheese.
05 - Place the top halves of the buns over the filling and brush them with melted butter. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes to warm through and toast the bread. Serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Customize this dish by using regular bacon, sausage patties, or ham as a substitute for peameal bacon.
