Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish or sheet pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour into the prepared pan and bake until puffed and set, about 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray or oil. Cook the peameal bacon until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. If using regular bacon, ham, or sausage patties, cook according to package directions.

Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a work surface. Add a layer of cooked peameal bacon, followed by the baked egg and slices of cheddar cheese.

Place the top halves of the buns over the filling and brush them with melted butter. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes to warm through and toast the bread. Serve immediately.
