2 Ingredient Pizza Chips (Print Format)

Tasty, cheese and pepperoni chips baked to golden perfection in minutes—great for any snacking occasion.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2/3 cup (80 g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan.
02 - Add 2 teaspoons of mozzarella to each greased cup, patting it down lightly. Place 3 slices of mini pepperoni on top of each chip. Optionally, sprinkle with Italian seasoning for additional flavor.
03 - Bake chips for about 8 minutes, or until edges are a dark golden brown.
04 - Let chips cool in the muffin pan until they are cool enough to handle. Remove chips and place on a paper towel–lined plate to absorb excess oil.
05 - Serve warm. Chips can be eaten plain or paired with marinara sauce.

# Tips:

01 - Mozzarella cheese can be replaced with other cheeses such as Parmesan for a crispier texture.
02 - For a crispy version, bake at 400°F (200°C) using a baking sheet lined with parchment paper instead of a muffin pan.
03 - Regular pepperoni can substitute mini pepperoni, using one slice per chip.
