Warm crescent rolls filled with sausage, eggs, and melty cheese, air-fried for a crisp, delightful breakfast.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 eggs
02 - 2 tablespoons milk
03 - Kosher salt
04 - Ground black pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons butter
06 - 1 tube crescent rolls
07 - 8 cooked sausage links (Maple-flavored)
08 - 4 slices Colby Jack cheese, cut in half
09 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup

# Steps:

01 - Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork.
02 - Set a small skillet over medium-low heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the eggs and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, scrambling as they cook with a spatula.
03 - Separate the triangle pieces of crescent roll dough and lay them flat.
04 - Add scrambled eggs, a cooked sausage link, and half a slice of Colby Jack cheese to each triangle. Roll each one up and place them in the air fryer basket.
05 - If needed, cook the sausage links in the air fryer set to 370°F (190°C) for 9 to 10 minutes, or use precooked sausage links.
06 - Set the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) and air fry the roll-ups for 7 to 9 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and mix it with the maple syrup. Brush the mixture over the roll-ups during the last few minutes of cooking.
