Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay an eggroll wrapper down in a diamond shape. Place a slice of ham in the center, followed by one mozzarella stick in the middle of the ham. Fold in the sides of the wrapper over the cheese, then roll up the entire wrapper to create an eggroll shape. Place the rolled stick seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush each prepared stick lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.

Bake the sticks for 12-15 minutes or until browned to your liking. Check a couple of minutes early, as oven times may vary.

Remove the sticks from the oven, turn them over, and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes or until browned.

Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
