In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until fully combined.

Warm one side of the tortilla in a clean skillet over low-medium heat.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on half of the warm tortilla. Add an even layer of BBQ chicken mixture, then sprinkle additional cheese on top. Fold the tortilla in half.

Flip the tortilla and cook until both sides are golden brown and spots appear. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve immediately.
