BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese (Print Format)

Tangy BBQ pork and cheddar are layered between buttery bread for the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.

# Ingredients:

→ Pulled Pork & BBQ Sauce

01 - 1 cup pulled pork, divided
02 - 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, or to taste

→ Bread & Cheese

03 - 4 slices bread
04 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

# Steps:

01 - Place the pulled pork in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce and toss until combined.
02 - Butter each slice of bread on one side. In a skillet over medium heat, place one slice of bread butter-side down. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a portion of the pulled pork mixture.
03 - Place another slice of cheddar cheese on top of the pulled pork and finish with a second slice of bread, butter-side up.
04 - Cook the sandwich on the first side for 5-7 minutes until the bread is browned. Flip and cook the other side for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
