Place the pulled pork in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce and toss until combined.

Butter each slice of bread on one side. In a skillet over medium heat, place one slice of bread butter-side down. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a portion of the pulled pork mixture.

Place another slice of cheddar cheese on top of the pulled pork and finish with a second slice of bread, butter-side up.

Cook the sandwich on the first side for 5-7 minutes until the bread is browned. Flip and cook the other side for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
