Beef Meximelt Cheesy Taco (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup water
04 - 6 large flour tortillas
05 - 16 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend
06 - 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa

# Steps:

01 - In a large pan, brown the ground beef and drain the oil. Return the beef to the pan.
02 - Add water and taco seasoning to the beef. Mash the meat into fine crumbles.
03 - Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes until saucy. Remove from heat.
04 - Wrap tortillas in damp paper towel and microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften.
05 - Fill each tortilla with meat, cheese, and pico de gallo. Tuck in the ends and roll like a burrito.
06 - Wrap each meximelt in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds to melt the cheese and soften the tortilla.
07 - Serve the meximelts hot.
