Bisquick Impossible Pizza Pie (Print Format)

Savor layers of seasoned beef, pepperoni, and cheese with a light Bisquick crust for a quick dinner favorite.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Protein

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni + additional for topping

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 diced onion

→ Seasoning

04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
08 - 1 tsp onion powder
09 - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
10 - 1 TBSP minced garlic

→ Sauce

11 - 1 cup marinara sauce

→ Batter

12 - 1/2 cup Bisquick
13 - 2 eggs
14 - 3/4 cup milk

→ Cheese

15 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook until the beef is fully browned.
02 - Once the beef is browned, add the chopped pepperoni and cook for a few minutes. Drain excess grease from the skillet. Add the marinara sauce and minced garlic, stir well, and remove the skillet from heat.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
04 - Spray a pie pan with cooking spray. Layer half of the ground beef mixture in the pie pan, followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Add the remaining beef mixture and top with another cup of mozzarella. Pour the Bisquick batter evenly over the top and garnish with additional pepperoni.
05 - Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
