BLT Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Mix

01 - 1 pound crispy bacon, diced after cooking
02 - 3 cups diced cooked chicken
03 - 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
05 - 2 celery stalks, finely diced

→ Creamy Dressing

06 - 1/2 cup light mayo
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, mix up the chopped chicken, celery, red onion, crispy bacon bits, and halved cherry tomatoes.
02 - In a small bowl, combine the mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Pour the dressing mix over your salad bowl and toss everything until coated well.
04 - Serve right away or pop it into the fridge for an hour to let flavors blend together.

01 - Rotisserie chicken works great, or you can boil chicken breasts until cooked and shred them.
