Set your oven to the temperature listed on the cinnamon roll package, usually around 350°F. If you're using a homemade version, follow its baking instructions.

Pull the cinnamon rolls apart and flatten them on your surface. For each roll, stretch the outer edge up and to one side for one ear. Repeat to make the second ear. Press around and between the ears to secure the shape.

Put your shaped bunnies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space so they can puff up as they bake.

Slide the tray into the oven and bake as directed on the package.

About halfway through baking, take the tray out. With a wooden spoon handle, gently press to re-define the bunny ears that may have puffed out too much.

Pop the pan back in the oven and let the rolls finish cooking until they're golden and fully done.

Drizzle the provided icing over the warm rolls. Sprinkle on the colorful decorations while the icing is still soft, adding M&M's for the eyes and nose.
