05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
07 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
08 - ½ tsp dried thyme
09 - ½ tsp salt, adjust to taste
10 - ½ tsp black pepper
11 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

→ Produce

12 - 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
13 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
14 - Lemon wedges (for serving)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil for easy cleanup.
02 - Combine olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir until fully blended.
03 - Place salmon fillets in the center of the prepared baking dish. Nestle shrimp and onion wedges evenly around the salmon.
04 - Brush or spoon the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon, shrimp, and onions, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and shrimp turn pink and opaque. Monitor closely to prevent overcooking.
06 - For a crispier top, broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

# Tips:

01 - Use fresh lemon juice to enhance the brightness of the dish; adjusting salt allows control over seasoning balance.
