California Turkey Club Wrap (Print Format)

Sliced turkey, bacon, and avocado rolled in a soft flour tortilla create a satisfying handheld meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large flour tortilla (burrito-size)
02 - 2–3 slices deli turkey breast
03 - 2 slices cooked bacon
04 - 2–3 slices ripe avocado
05 - 2 slices tomato
06 - Handful of lettuce or baby spinach
07 - 1 slice cheddar or provolone cheese (optional)
08 - 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Slightly warm the tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make it more pliable.
02 - Spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing evenly over the center of the tortilla.
03 - Start with lettuce, then layer on turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato slices, and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
04 - Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up into a wrap.
05 - Slice in half diagonally and enjoy immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for meals on-the-go.
