Turkey Melt with Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Core

01 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese
02 - 4 slices sourdough bread
03 - 4 slices deli turkey
04 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard

→ Veggies and Bacon

05 - 4 strips cooked bacon
06 - 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
07 - 1 medium red tomato, sliced thin

→ Grilling Needs

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened

# Instructions:

01 - On a flat surface, spread honey mustard over all four bread slices.
02 - Split cheese into four portions. Add turkey, tomato, spinach, bacon, and cheese on top of the bread, making two sandwiches.
03 - Coat the outer faces of each sandwich with softened butter.
04 - Set the sandwiches in a hot skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes each side until bread turns golden and cheese is gooey.
05 - Move sandwiches to plates and enjoy warm, paired with your favorite sides.
