Turn your oven on to 425°F (220°C). Heat up a big pan over medium heat, and cook the ground beef with the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain any extra grease and put the pan back on the stove. Toss in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir it all together.
02 -
Lay the pizza dough out on a large baking sheet that's been greased, shaping it into a big rectangle. Spread over 1 cup of the mozzarella. Spoon the beef mixture evenly on top, but leave an inch-wide edge all around. Sprinkle on another cup of mozzarella and drizzle ¼ cup of Parmesan-peppercorn dressing over it.
03 -
Roll the dough up tightly starting with a long side. Pinch the ends to close it up, and place it seam side down on the sheet. Cut small slits across the top, spacing them every inch.
04 -
Put it in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the outside is golden-brown all over. Set it aside for 10 minutes to cool before slicing. Serve slices with the rest of the Parmesan-peppercorn dressing for dipping.
