Cheesesteak Potato Skillet Meal (Print Format)

01 - 3-4 large russet potatoes
02 - 1-2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
04 - 1 - 1 1/2 lbs ribeye steak, sliced
05 - 1 tbsp steak seasoning
06 - 1 onion, chopped
07 - 2 green bell peppers, chopped
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - Cheese Whiz

# Steps:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into cubes. Toss the cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
02 - Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 25 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking.
03 - Cut the ribeye steak into thin slices. For ease, place the steak in the freezer for 30 minutes before slicing.
04 - With 12 minutes left on the potatoes, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and season with 1 tbsp steak seasoning. Cook to your desired doneness.
05 - Remove the cooked steak from the skillet. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onions and green bell peppers until softened. Stir in 1 tbsp minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
06 - Return the cooked steak to the skillet along with the crispy air-fried potatoes. Mix well and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - Cover the skillet with a lid or place it in a 400°F oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
08 - Top the skillet with warmed Cheese Whiz in your preferred amount. Serve hot and enjoy.
