Rolled bread stuffed with beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and provolone, baked until perfectly golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Spreads

01 - 1 loaf frozen white bread dough
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, divided

→ Vegetables

05 - 1/2 cup diced green peppers
06 - 1/2 cup diced onions
07 - 1/2 cup diced mushrooms

→ Seasonings and Garnish

08 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
09 - 1/8 teaspoon sesame seeds
10 - 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Fillings

11 - 6 slices Provolone cheese
12 - Sliced deli roast beef

# Steps:

01 - Thaw frozen bread dough and allow it to rise according to package instructions.
02 - Dice onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Saute them in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter.
03 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a jellyroll pan with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick spray.
04 - Roll the risen bread dough into a 12 x 18 inch rectangle, ensuring an even surface.
05 - Mix mayonnaise with garlic powder and spread the mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
06 - Add a layer of sliced deli roast beef, followed by sauteed vegetables, and then a layer of provolone cheese.
07 - Roll the dough tightly in a jelly-roll style. Adjust cheese placement if needed, folding edges over the middle for a compact roll.
08 - Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and brush it over the surface of the rolled stromboli. Sprinkle with dried parsley, garlic salt, and sesame seeds.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and heated through.

# Tips:

01 - Using shredded cheese instead of slices makes rolling the stromboli easier and creates a more compact loaf.
02 - Provolone cheese is traditional for a Philly cheesesteak flavor, but Velveeta or other processed cheese can also be used.
03 - Deli roast beef is a convenient option, but thinly sliced and cooked ribeye steak can be used for a more authentic flavor.
