Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Separate the biscuit dough or divide the pizza dough into small portions (about the size of a golf ball).

Flatten each portion of dough into a small circle. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and a slice of pepperoni in the center. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over each dough ball. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
