Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Format)

Golden dough pockets filled with gooey cheese and pepperoni—perfect snacks for any gathering or family treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 pack of pre-made biscuit dough or pizza dough

→ Filling

02 - ½ cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 20–25 slices of pepperoni

→ Topping

05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Separate the biscuit dough or divide the pizza dough into small portions (about the size of a golf ball).
03 - Flatten each portion of dough into a small circle. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and a slice of pepperoni in the center. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
04 - Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
05 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over each dough ball. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Use a mix of cheeses like mozzarella and cheddar for extra flavor.
02 - Substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage, mushrooms, or any favorite topping.
03 - Seal the dough well to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
