01 -
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to warm up. Prep a baking pan or a muffin tin with a light layer of non-stick spray or grease so your dough doesn’t cling.
02 -
Take each biscuit and gently stretch it into a flat circle, about 4 inches across. Use your hands or grab a rolling pin—your choice.
03 -
Spoon 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto the middle of each flattened biscuit. Sprinkle on some mozzarella and drop a few pieces of pepperoni over it.
04 -
Carefully fold up the edges of the dough and press them together tightly so you end up with a sealed ball. Check that there aren’t any gaps for cheese to escape during baking.
05 -
Position each of your pizza balls seam-side down on the pan or in muffin tin sections. Leave enough space between the balls.
06 -
Brush the tops of the dough balls with melted butter. Sprinkle over some Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
07 -
Pop them into your preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, just until the tops are golden and they’re fully cooked.
08 -
Let them cool just a tiny bit, then serve while warm! They’re great with some pizza sauce for dipping.
