01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 chopped onion
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp pepper
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
07 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
08 - 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
09 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
10 - 2 cups beef broth
11 - 2 cups marinara sauce
12 - 1/2 cup milk
13 - 2 1/2 cups penne pasta
14 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - Dried parsley (to garnish)

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat.
02 - Add salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Mix well.
03 - Chop the pepperoni into fourths. Add 1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni to the center of the skillet once the beef is nearly browned. Cook for a few minutes.
04 - Drain any excess grease from the pepperoni and ground beef mixture.
05 - Add minced garlic, beef broth, marinara sauce, milk, and pasta to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
06 - Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
07 - Once the pasta is cooked, stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and leave it on the stove until melted or place the skillet under the broiler to melt the cheese.
09 - Top with dried parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
