01 -
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) if using a pizza stone; 450°F (230°C) for a standard baking sheet. Place the rack in the lower third of the oven.
02 -
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-14 inch circle. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a stone.
03 -
Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving about a half-inch border around the edge for the crust.
04 -
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the ranch base. Top with the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon, distributing evenly for full coverage.
05 -
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, ensuring each bite will have plenty of gooey cheese.
06 -
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 -
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle with a little extra ranch, if desired, and scatter sliced scallions over the top. Slice and serve while hot.
