Chili Cheese Dog Tater Tot (Print Format)

Chili, hot dogs, cheese, and crispy tater tots combine for a one-pan family favorite everyone will love.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp ground cumin
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 2 tsp chili powder
09 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
10 - 4 hotdogs, chopped
11 - 10 oz can of Rotel, drained
12 - 15.5 oz can of chili beans
13 - 3 tbsp tomato paste
14 - 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
15 - 30 oz bag of crispy crowns (not all will be used)
16 - 2 green onions, chopped
17 - Mustard

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef with chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease from the skillet.
02 - Add minced garlic and chopped hot dogs to the skillet. Stir together well. Add the can of drained Rotel, chili beans, and tomato paste. Stir until fully combined and let simmer for a few minutes.
03 - Top the mixture with shredded Colby Jack cheese and crispy crowns.
04 - Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes. For extra crispy topping, broil for a few minutes.
05 - Top with chopped green onions and serve with mustard.
