Peanut Roll Cake (Print Format)

Soft chocolate cake rolled with peanut butter filling, topped with chocolate ganache and Reese’s candies.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
10 - 1/4 cup milk.
11 - 1 cup chocolate ganache or frosting.
12 - 4 large eggs.
13 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
14 - Reese's Pieces for garnish.

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Cover a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
03 - Combine cocoa powder, salt, flour, and baking powder after sifting.
04 - Whisk sugar and eggs together for about 5 minutes until they’re light-colored.
05 - Gently fold the sifted dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Add in vanilla and milk while mixing.
06 - Pour the batter evenly into the pan, smooth it out, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
07 - Once baked, wrap the warm cake inside a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Let it cool off completely while rolled.
08 - Whip up the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
09 - Carefully unroll the cake. Spread on the peanut butter mix, layer the chopped Reese's cups, then roll it back up tightly.
10 - Pour chocolate ganache over the roll and sprinkle Reese's Pieces on top for the final touch.
