In a grinder jar, combine coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, chaat masala powder, salt, ice cubes, and a slice of bread. Add water if needed and grind into a smooth paste.

Spread butter on one side of a bread slice, flip it, and apply green chutney on the other side.

Place a slice of cheese on the buttered side of the bread. Add grated mozzarella cheese over the cheese slice. Take another slice of bread, spread green chutney on one side, flip (chutney-side down), and place on top of the cheese. Press lightly.

Generously spread butter over the top slice of bread.

Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich into the pan and cook until the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and serve the chutney grilled cheese sandwich hot.
