Crab, shrimp, and melty cheese rolled in tortillas then pan-fried until golden, perfect for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood Filling

01 - 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, finely chopped
02 - 1/2 lb cooked crab meat, shredded
03 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup queso dip (mild or spicy)
06 - 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

→ Tortillas & Frying

09 - 8 small flour tortillas
10 - 2 tbsp butter or oil for frying

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to create a creamy and flavorful filling.
02 - Place 2–3 tbsp of the filling in each tortilla. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick.
03 - Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry rolled tortillas until golden and crunchy.
04 - Remove toothpicks and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with warm queso, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
