Marry Me Salmon (Print Format)

Sautéed salmon nestled in a creamy tomato sauce with parmesan and Italian spices.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 salmon pieces, no skin.
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 tsp dried basil.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp dried thyme.
07 - 3/4 tsp red chili flakes.
08 - 1/4 tsp salt.
09 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
10 - 1 cup chicken broth, unsalted.
11 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
12 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
13 - 5 minced garlic cloves.
14 - 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded.
15 - Fresh basil leaves for topping.

# Steps:

01 - Combine the spices and herbs. Coat half on the fish.
02 - Fry the fish in oil for 5 mins each side. Take out of pan.
03 - Cook the garlic and tomatoes. Pour in broth to scrape the pan.
04 - Stir in the cream, cheese, and leftover seasonings. Let it simmer 10-15 mins until it thickens.
05 - Add salmon back into the pan, let it cook 3-5 mins. Sprinkle basil on top before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Cook for 3 mins for medium, 5 for well-done fish.
02 - Use oil from the sun-dried tomatoes for extra taste.
