Crockpot BBQ Little Smokies (Print Format)

Little smokies slow-cooked in sweet and tangy barbecue sauce—savory, simple, and always a hit.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages little smokies (12-14 ounce size each)
02 - 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
04 - 1/2 cup ketchup
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps:

01 - Place the little smokies into a crockpot.
02 - Place the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Whisk until well combined.
03 - Pour the sauce over the little smokies. Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, then serve.

# Tips:

01 - You can use your favorite store-bought barbecue sauce or make your own. Either option works great.
02 - I recommend cooking the sausages for at least 2 hours so that they’re fully warmed, but you can cook them longer if needed.
03 - You can also cook on low for 2 hours, then keep the crockpot on the warm setting to ensure the little smokies stay hot throughout the party.
04 - The sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance.
