Deep Fried S'Mores Treat (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

→ For the S'mores

01 - 8 Graham Cracker Sheets
02 - 8 Large Marshmallows
03 - 4 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars

→ For the Batter

04 - 1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix
05 - 1 Large Egg
06 - 1 cup Milk
07 - 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
08 - Oil for Frying

# Steps:

01 - Heat 3 inches of oil for frying in a deep pot.
02 - Place the pancake mix, egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a bowl. Stir to combine until most lumps are gone. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
03 - Break the graham crackers in half. Place one half down, top with a marshmallow, half of a chocolate bar, and the other graham cracker half. Repeat until all s'mores are assembled.
04 - Coat each prepared s'more in batter by dipping them into it with tongs. Gently shake off excess batter.
05 - Dip each battered s'more into the hot oil using tongs. Hold in place until the batter sets to prevent disassembly. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Carefully remove each fried s'more with a slotted spoon. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Repeat until all s'mores are fried.
07 - Let the s'mores cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Fried s'mores are best served warm as the graham crackers can become soggy when stored.
02 - Heat oil to approximately 375°F for optimal frying.
