Mini burgers layered with two cheeses, shoestring fries, and savory sauce on buttery slider rolls.

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 1 ½ pounds ground beef
02 - ½ yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 pound shoestring French fries
04 - 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
05 - 8 slices of cheese
06 - 12 savory butter slider rolls
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

→ Burger Sauce

08 - ½ cup mayonnaise
09 - ¼ cup ketchup
10 - 1 tablespoon mustard
11 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - ½ teaspoon dehydrated chopped onions

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the shoestring French fries according to package instructions. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, black pepper, and dehydrated onion to prepare the burger sauce.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with burger seasoning until no pink remains. Drain excess grease and stir in ¼ cup of ketchup.
03 - Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer cheese slices on the bottom, then spread the cooked ground beef evenly. Add a layer of burger sauce, followed by another layer of cheese. Top with desired condiments and shoestring French fries.
04 - Place the top halves of the rolls on the assembled sliders and brush them with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Avoid sweet rolls and use savory butter rolls for the best results.
