Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the shoestring French fries according to package instructions. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, black pepper, and dehydrated onion to prepare the burger sauce.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with burger seasoning until no pink remains. Drain excess grease and stir in ¼ cup of ketchup.

Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer cheese slices on the bottom, then spread the cooked ground beef evenly. Add a layer of burger sauce, followed by another layer of cheese. Top with desired condiments and shoestring French fries.

Place the top halves of the rolls on the assembled sliders and brush them with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
