In a separate skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom over medium heat. Fry each flour tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Warm the refried beans for easier spreading. Spread refried beans on a fried tortilla, add a scoop of seasoned ground beef, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with another fried tortilla.

Spoon taco sauce onto the top tortilla and sprinkle additional shredded cheese evenly over it.

Bake assembled pizzas in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove pizzas from the oven. Top with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions. Slice each pizza into four pieces and serve immediately.
