# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Aromatics

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 chopped onion
03 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

→ Seasonings

04 - 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
05 - 2 tsp chili powder
06 - 1 tsp ground cumin
07 - 1 tsp dried cilantro
08 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

→ Bases and Sauces

09 - 16 small fajita-size flour tortillas
10 - 1 can refried beans
11 - Taco sauce as needed
12 - Vegetable oil for frying

→ Cheese and Toppings

13 - 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
14 - Diced tomatoes, quantity to taste
15 - Chopped green onions, quantity to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add the chopped onion and cook until beef is fully browned. Drain excess grease.
02 - Season the cooked beef and onions with salt, pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the minced garlic and combine thoroughly.
03 - In a separate skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom over medium heat. Fry each flour tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
04 - Warm the refried beans for easier spreading. Spread refried beans on a fried tortilla, add a scoop of seasoned ground beef, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with another fried tortilla.
05 - Spoon taco sauce onto the top tortilla and sprinkle additional shredded cheese evenly over it.
06 - Bake assembled pizzas in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove pizzas from the oven. Top with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions. Slice each pizza into four pieces and serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Small fajita-size flour tortillas are ideal for this recipe. Frying the tortillas until golden enhances texture and flavor. Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting and consistency.
