01 - 4 English muffins, split in half
02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
06 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
07 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
08 - 1/4 tsp dried oregano
09 - 1/4 tsp dried basil
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place 4 split English muffins on the baking sheet, cut side up.
03 - Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce evenly over each muffin half.
04 - Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add crumbled cooked sausage or bacon, 1/4 cup diced bell peppers, and 1/4 cup sliced black olives on top.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
