Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups (Print Format)

Crescent dough wraps cheesy bacon beef, brushed with garlic butter, and baked golden for a flavorful bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Rolls Base

01 - 1 can crescent roll dough, such as Pillsbury

→ Cheeseburger Filling

02 - 1 lb ground beef, 85% lean recommended
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
05 - 2 tbsp ketchup
06 - 1 tbsp mustard

→ Garlic Butter Topping

07 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/2 tsp parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
02 - In a mixing bowl, cook the ground beef until browned and drain any excess fat. Add in chopped cooked bacon, ketchup, mustard, and shredded cheddar. Mix well.
03 - Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles, roughly 2x3 inches.
04 - Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture into the center of each rectangle, then roll them up securely.
05 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
06 - Brush the garlic butter mixture over each rollup and place them on the baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Remove from the oven and serve warm with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
